Setup is quick and easy, taking less than 2 minutes. Simply unroll the mat, connect it to Chiputt putting mat or the complimentary chipping mat, and you’re ready to go.
While some mats may arrive with minor curls or bumps due to logistics and storage, these are easy to smooth out. For curled edges or ends, just reverse-roll for 5 seconds and step on them briefly; for minor bumps, place 10–15 lbs (4–7 kg) of weight (like books) on the area for 5–10 minutes.
Once broken in, your Chiputt Extender will stay flat permanently. We’ve tested nearly all major putting mats out there—many have permanent creases or never lay flat. But Chiputt’s construction is designed to flatten out fully and stay that way, making setup a breeze.
